Utica College will be hosting its 39th annual Regional Science Fair on Saturday, April 8 from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Library Concourse.

The event will host over 50 local high school students that will be presenting research across multiple areas including physics, biochemistry and animal science. Students are only eligible to enter if they placed first or second at their high school’s science fair.

The senior-level grand champion will gain eligibility to compete at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair next month in Los Angeles and receive half off tuition at UC for two years. The senior-level runner up will receive the same tuition deal at UC.

The junior-level grand champion will receive $500 remitted tuition to UC. First, second and third place winners from each category will receive cash prizes.
