  • The nal trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiered during Monday Night Football this week. Tickets immediately went on sale following the debut. The lm broke the record for the most tickets sold in 24 hours.
  • A 30-second clip of Adele’s newest single debuted during X-Factor UK this past week. The Grammy winner later announced that her new album ‘25’ will be a “make-up” record.
  • In the 1989 movie Back to the Future Part II, Marty McFly travels into the future to save his children. The day that he traveled to in the future was Oct. 21, 2015.
  • Comedian Chris Rock has of cially been con rmed as the host of the 2016 Oscars. This will be Rock’s second time hosting the ceremony.
