From archived to digitized. The Tangerine, which is as old as Utica University itself, underwent a digitization project that is now complete. All issues from the newspaper’s inception in 1946 through May 2020 are digitized on the NYS Historical Newspapers website. The project was made possible through grants and collaboration between the Frank E. Gannett Memorial Library and CNY Library Resources Council.
