The Utica College women’s soccer suffered their sixth loss of the season when they were shutout by Houghton College 3-0. The Pioneers are now 3-5-1 overall.
Jessica Beattie scored their first goal for Houghton off of a long ball in the 17th minute.The team would score again before the half giving them a 2-0 lead over the Pioneers.
Despite the tough conference loss, sophomore goalkeeper Allison Wagner had 8 saves.
The Pioneers will go on to play St. John Fisher College next Sunday in Rochester at 12:30 p.m.
